• Nursing Studies Alumni Scholarship, 2017 is available to all nationalities.
• Applicants must hold, or expect to secure, a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree or international equivalent at the undergraduate level.
• Applicants are required to have an excellent academic record.
• Applicants of Nursing Studies Alumni Scholarship, 2017 who have been accepted onto either the MSc Advancing Nursing Practice program or the Masters of Nursing in Clinical Research are eligible for the scholarship.
• Applicants must be enrolled for full time or part time study starting in2017-2018.
• Candidates must have already received an offer of a place at the University of Edinburgh.
• Applicants should firmly accept the offer or be intending to do so.
• Candidates who have already commenced their program of study on the closing date are not eligible for Nursing Studies Alumni Scholarship, 2017.

David Vowles Postgraduate Scholarship, 2017

The David Vowles Postgraduate Scholarship, 2017 is available annually to a postgraduate student commencing studies in any subject in Psychology within the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences.

Eligibility criteria:

• Postgraduate students who have received acceptance on to any program related to Psychology within the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences can apply.
• Applicants of David Vowles Postgraduate Scholarship, 2017 should already have been offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and should have firmly accepted that offer or be intending to do so.
• Candidates applying must possess high academic merit to be eligible.
• The David Vowles Postgraduate Scholarship, 2017 is valid for one year in the first instance, will be worth around £2,000.
